3. SNEAKER CONCIERGE

Our Sneaker Concierge service assists customers in sourcing authentic sneakers and select products.

Availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to market conditions.

Concierge requests are not guaranteed until payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.

Once a Concierge order has been placed with a supplier, it generally cannot be canceled except where required by law or otherwise approved by SNKR HEAD BRAND.

4. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

SNKR HEAD BRAND is committed to selling authentic products.

All sneakers are inspected prior to shipment to verify authenticity and overall condition.

Descriptions, condition notes, and product images are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, materials, packaging, or manufacturer updates may occur.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed.
